Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers provides high-quality service 24-hours a day and our professional staff are always on call.

Free airport shuttle service

If you are departing from or arriving at Copenhagen Airport, we recommend you use our free airport shuttle service, which operates from 06:00 – 23:00. There is space for up to eight passengers and it is operated on a first-come-first-served basis. Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers does not cover the costs of other travel arrangements if all spaces are taken.

When travelling from the airport to the hotel: After you have collected your baggage and left the airport arrivals hall, locate the hotel's iPad and book a space on the shuttle service. Pick-up takes place shortly after booking, at the Terminal 2 bus pick-up point.

When travelling from the hotel to the airport: If you are flying from Copenhagen Airport, you can book the airport shuttle service in the reception.

Parking

The hotel has a basement car park with space for up to 400 cars and direct access to the reception area. Parking costs DKK 20 an hour in the period 08:00 – 18:00 and DKK 15 an hour in the period 18:00 – 08:00 (max. DKK 150 per 24 hours).

Electric cars and electric bicycles

Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers guests can easily explore the city using our electric cars or bicycles. An electric bicycle is easy to use and has an auxiliary motor, which makes the bicycle very user-friendly, even for guests not used to bicycles. You can hire an electric bicycle for DKK 150 a day.

The hotel also has two Peugeot iOn electric cars, with space in each car for up to four people. The cars are provided with satnav, child seating and insurance. Book a room with an electric car to ensure the use of an electric car during your stay at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers. Alternatively, as a guest at the hotel, you can hire an electric car for DKK 300, if a car is available. Club Lounge

Guests staying in suites or club rooms can freely use our Club Lounge, which serves breakfast, snacks and refreshments throughout the day. There are also meeting facilities, and you can read newspapers and magazines and enjoy a refreshment on the roof terrace.

Business Centre

The professional service staff in the Business Centre at Hotel Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers are always ready to help you and offer advice if you need it. Naturally, our Business Centre has AV equipment, fast internet access, printers and the day's newspapers.

Fitness Centre

You can lift weights or use the running machine in Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers’ fitness centre anytime, day or night. The machines are modern Precor equipment, fitted with individual TV screens.

Brasserie, bar and 24 hours room service

Concierge

Our concierge provides service 24-hours a day and will help with photocopying, ordering a taxi or limousine, hiring an electric bicycle or electric car, faxing, and picking up or dropping off at the airport. The concierge will also help you to book a table at a restaurant in the city or help guide you to some of the sights in Copenhagen. 

Children

Children under 12 years of age stay free of charge at the hotel if accompanied by an adult.
