Sustainable hotel

Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers is one of the first hotels in the world to be certified as a sustainable hotel. The hotel, before it opened in 2009, had joined the UN's Global Compact, which is the largest Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) declaration project in the world. In 2010, we were awarded the Skål International prize for being the greenest hotel in the world and we have received many awards and certifications for our CSR policy.

To top it all, in 2013, we achieved the Danish Standards 49001 certification and the international ISO 14001 certification.

In other words, this means that at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers you can stay and hold meetings in a sustainable environment, without compromising comfort or quality. We have built up our business based on the principle of a cradle-to-grave green profile, which means that we have thought through all aspects of the business from a sustainability perspective.
